Video #1: Every Journey Begins With a Single Step

First video of many, documenting my healing progress

I’d first like to say that you can totally recover from MS or any autoimmune disease ( All autoimmune disease is the same it’s just a different part of the body that is affected. Your joints = Rheumatoid Arthritis, Pancreas =  Diabetes, Soft Tissue = Fibro myalgia, Central Nervous System = MS etc. (You get the drift). I’m not about to bash conventional medicine because I’m sure it is probably alot different now than it was 13 years ago when I was diagnosed but none of the 5 Neurologists… just 5, gave a rats ass what was causing my symptoms, they didn’t at any point in time seem interested... how rude… what did I do to deserve that, I’m now in good hands with my Functional Medicine Doctor, it’s none of my business what you decide to do with your health it'ss up to you, I’m just saying I went the conventional route and got absolutely no answers, I’ll get back to this post now.

I wanted to make a baseline video, to show you my issues right now and you to see my progress. I’m going to 3 exercises.I wanted to make a baseline video, to show you my issues right now and you to see my progress. #1) walk from the kitchen to the living room and back ( I use a walker right now but hopefully I’ll be able to get rid of that soon).

#2) Knee Raises, Leg Extensions, Squats, and Calf Raises

#3) Mental Clarity/Cognition (You can’t observe this but trust me I’ll tell the truth)

I’ll rate all 3 on scale from 1-10

Conclusion

#1) Walking from kitchen to living room and back 5/10

#2) Knee Raises, Squats, Leg Extensions, Calf Raises 5/10

#3) Mental Clarity/Cognition 8/10

Final Notes

Physio has been really helping me, starting to wake up those dormant muscles but it comes with it's fair share of stiffness and soreness. I'm going to ask my ND if I need to do physio every other day which is what I have been doing for the last month and a half. I don't expect to much improvement in 2 weeks when I do my next video but certainly expect some sort of improvement.
